Welcome and thank you for this opportunity to extend mypersonal greetings and the greetings of all Hastings people to the people ofDezhou. I know it’s very cold in your district. Our summer temperatures have been veryvery hot, constantly around 28-30 degrees. And it’svery humid.

We’re kind of near Perth, in beautiful Western Australia. Onbehalf of our council, I send my very warmest and best wishes for your new yearcelebration.

我市位于美丽的西澳大利亚州，靠近珀斯市。

Kwinana is situatedat approximately 40 kilometers south of Perth, is home to our state’s primary industrial area, but it is a very beautifulcity,our population is 44, 000 residence, and certainly a lot smaller thanyours, 655,000 residence.
